Announcments Week of 10/26

We have had such fun these past few weeks of house competitions with spirit week and volleyball. We are now moving ahead to our Halloween competitions. See the information below and on our House Information Page.

Halloween! 

Earn points for your advisory and house by everyone dressing up for Halloween on October 30th. Extra point will be awarded for your advisory having a THEME to your costumes.

THRILLER DANCE-OFF: Each HOUSE will participate in the thriller dance-off October 30th for house points. Points are awarded for # of participants and how well they perform the dance.
Here is the link to the dance TUTORIAL so you can practice! EACH HOUSE WILL ONLY PERFORM THE FIRST TWO MINUTES.

Looking Ahead:

 

Direct Relief Change Drive for MS begins November 2nd

What is it? This is a way to raise money for Direct Relief International so they can support those living in emergency situations. As we are giving toward a good cause, we are also competing for the most house points as we do it.

How does it work? Each house will have a jug or bin to keep the change in. Bring in any and ALL of the change you can scrounge together or save up and put it in your House's bin. The House with the most change total wins.

What about dollar bills? Dollar bills count AGAINST the total, so you want to put as many bills in other Houses' bins as possible. You may NOT 'change' out the bills. What goes in stays in. No bills over $10 allowed.
